What is the FITT LIFE?
THE FITT LIFE is 6-week coaching program designed to help you move to ACTION on your many ideas. So many people I talk to say, "I have so many ideas, I'm not sure what to do next!" They are caught up in analysis paralysis. This program will teach you how to move to decision by balancing your desire for fulfillment, your need for income, your ultimate income goals, how you spend your time, and utilization of your greatest talents. We'll use a combination of video trainings and one-on-one coaching to make sure you are set-up to pursue Ultimately, you'll go with the idea that FITTs best into your life and your long-term goals.
What is your model of fulfillment? What really makes you happy? We will work on what a vision for a fulfilling work and personal life truly means to you.
Do you have the proper income goals to achieve the lifestyle that you want? We will work on setting income goals and assessing where income FITTs in to your next move.
The bottom line is that you have the time. The question is, how do you want to spend it? We will conduct a "time audit" to see how you are currently spending your time. Then, we will determine where you need to spend your time in order to reach your goals. Further, we'll assess how long each opportunity or idea may take to come to fruition in determining in what order they should be pursued.
The way to make the most of of life is to use the greatest talents you've been given to their highest purpose. We'll work together to identify your greatest talents and put them to work.
STEPS TO SUCCESS
Once we go through the steps above, we will make a plan that prioritizes your different ideas and opportunities in a manner that allows you to take the right first step (your next move), but also be able to see how this step moves you closer to your goals. You will leave with concrete steps, in a fixed order, that you must take to achieve your desires.
